1997 Fireblade rear axle nut size

Hey guys, I tried searching, but the terms were a bit too broad. What size socket do i need for the rear axle nut? I have a torque wrench, but need to buy the correct socket.

Thanks!!

Looking at the tools I would guess it's 27mm.

Your best friend is one of these:

I looked on the Ron Ayers fiche too but they didn't have the nut (part 19 on rear wheel) listed. Didn't think to look at the tools

If the bike isn't braking properly, you don't start by rebuilding the engine.

The fiche lists two different nuts, a flanged lock nut or the castle nut and washer - both M18. But AF sizes are not always standard depending on what is required from the nut.
