Looks like a good dealio. Some of those Chinese levers are awesome. I got mine from thetwowheels.com and they were sweet. The adjuster faded though, but still good fit and decent finish.. Grips look decent too. I'd go for it...

Ill second the fact that some Chinese stuff is fine. I got shorty levers (all black) from thetwowheels.com and they are AWESOME! super affordable and i get a TON of compliments on them. check them out man!
