Buying High beam headlights for 2002 954

I am looking to buy headlights for 2002 954. I shop on Ebay, how can I determine the right bulbs to buy? I brought the first set and they weren't the right size, too small prongs to set into socket. Please help.

Phillips Diamond vision h7 bulbs. They are the brightest whitest bulbs on the market without going hid, which you should also have projectors for.

Are the prongs small or large? I brought halogen bulb ISO-9001 HE 12V55W. When I went to switch out the bulbs they were too small. The connectors were very narrow.

Just fyi there are plug boots on the back of each bulb you have to remove off the old bulb and install on the new bulb. Sounds like may be whats going on here

Just a common 12v/55w H7, available at any auto parts store in the country, Auto Zone has about 6 brands/brightness choices on the shelf...Did you look up the right # before ordering?

Re: Buying High beam headlights for 2002 954

Thanks guys for the info. I was able to found the adapter on the lights and removed them. After all that the bulbs aren't the issue. So it must be the relay switch or wiring harness. Now for the next project. Thanks

Re: Buying High beam headlights for 2002 954

You can switch your highbeam relay into the fuel cut-off to test it.
