93 900rr neutral switch question

Hey guys I'll try and put some pictures.. I found a broken wire it's the middle wire coming out of this plug with 3 wires and I'm wondering if it is for the neutral switch since my bike will only crank with the kickstand up but doesn't spark when it does, and my neutral light doesn't light up.. Thanks for any help!

Re: 93 900rr neutral switch question

Also if anyone could tell me where this wire should go to that'd be awesome

Or if I should try to ground it

The middle wire should be the neutral switch. It goes from the switch to the connector to the ECU. Is it broken between the switch and connector? Or Connector and ECU? The second picture is upside down. The neutral switch is on the lower engine case on the left side.

Is the clutch switch working?
