New 2002 954rr owner and i need your help

Hi everyone! i recently just bought a 2002 954rr around three weeks ago and i love it so far........BUT there are a few big problems
Problem number 1. when im riding the bike and i run over a rough patch of road or the road just gets bouncy the bikes FI light will come on for a split second and the bike will jerk in mid throttle and that is not a good feeling at all. once the road smoothens out the jerking will stop. i cant figure why the bike is doing this when it hits bumps or comes down from a wheelie. sometimes it gets so sensitive that it will start to jerk because your gearing down, a few times it even shut off in traffic. the worst one was then i went over train tracks and the bike turned off on me in mid corner and wouldn't come back on, i had to pull over and it finally turned on. the kickstand and the kill switch are not loose and i don't know what it could be. tip censor maybe?
Problem number 2. the gas tank is building up way too much pressure. if i don't periodically open the tank when i go to fill up i have to gradually open the cap or it seems that gas will spray out due to so much pressure, what could be the cause of this?
Problem Number 3. The spedo is not accurate in MPH or RPM, how do i reset or should i get a new one? plus when the bike is turned on the rpm doesn't do the full circle and back to 1rpm it just sits at 2krpm and while the engine is idle it stays at 2.5rpms and it sounds like the bike is idling at 1-1.5rpms.....

I have to get some sleep now but ill post pictures of the bike just to see which 900rr i have. the frame says 900 but all the pictures i lookat from 2002 say 954....... im lost on this, maybe you all can tell me when i post up later.

1) You probably have a short in the ignition circuit somewhere. A bad/loose ground or a pinched/bare wire that is rubbing when shaken.

2) It sounds like one of the overflow or vent tubes is blocked. Is there any rust in the tank. Although the fuel pressure regulator is not associated with this problem I would have a look at that also.

3) Do you know if either of the sprockets have been changed. That is a common modification that some do for performance, fuel economy or stunting.

As for the rpm operation, not a clue sorry. There is a idle adjustment knob on the left side. Have a look at that and good luck!

Pick up or download a manual also.

I'm at work right now so I can't talk much. I just wanted to say thank you for the input I will definitely have the wires checked and look into the fuel tank situation more.
