Hi Guys im needing some advice

My bike was running fine untill i fitted a new battery the old one would not hold a charge, after fitting the new battery i took the bike to work it started and idled but soon after down the road i sounded like i was only running on 2 cylinders below 6k higher up it was smother but sluggish possibly overfueling but i made it to work. when leaving i had to rev the bike to make it run and made it home but now the bike wont start at al.

I pulled no4 plug and im getting a spark
Fuel pump primes
Filled up with hi octane fuel
Injectors dont look to be working in the tb's but work perfectly fine when out the tb's?
FPR checked and dry
PC3 reset and remapped then removed still the same any ideas guys?
New plugs ordered incase the overfuling has damaged them too.

ive looked in to it alittle further and the codes seem to be all the injectors map sensor iat sensor and tp sensor which are all on the same loom if i remember correctly so its pointing to the loom or the ECM,

Is the ECM replaceable on its own dose it need coding ect?

update sub loom tested ok ive pulled the injectors and they are working untill i open the throttle then they shut off any ideas?

Latest update ive cleared all the codes and they have stayed out i pulled all the plugs and they were very sooty and wet so not sparking, cleaned them up and now sparking but new ones on the way but refitted the plugs for now and the bike will just splutter and fart and black puffs from the exhaust.

is it possible changing the battery has messed with the pc3 and its now over fueling badly

have you tested your other charging system components. if you were having a issue with the battery not holding a charge before it would be worth checking. youll need a simple meter to do these tests. but if your not getting the power you need it could be the problem.

as far as the pc goes the best way to test that is just unhook it completely. thats always the first thing id do when having fueling problems just because its the easiest thing to eliminate.

Yeah charging system is fine just an old battery is it possible for the fpr to make the system over fuel even if it's not dripping.

So you have a new battery installed and you still have this problem? That's what I'm understanding here.

Really sounds like your issue is from an insufficient battery.
It makes sense that you could get about 30 minutes or more operating time from a new battery even without any charging.
Are you sure you checked your reg/rec and stator properly with a multimeter?

Assuming yes, maybe you have a defective battery?
What's voltage after the battery has been at rest for a couple hours?

When you checked your fpr, did you cycle the ignition key?

Battery and charging system are fine battery is currently at 12.7v cycled the fpr aswell totally dry

It's alive, new plugs and new exhaust the akrapovic was rotten at the joint and blowing hence overfueling I'm guessing when I changed the battery it messed with the tps position on the pc3 to add to my problems.
