929 Silver

Recently taken possession of a mint 2002 Blade in silver.

Dealer advised me that this was a limited edition colour format for the UK and only 50 bikes were imported.

Anyone got any info on this as it would give great provenance to an awesome bike which having searched the web would actually seem quite rare?

Any info would be appreciated.

Paul, Stockton.

Well I definetly did not finish my comment there haha and meant to say that if it was an 02 you would be looking at a 954 not a 929 but that is a 929 haha. Thanks SPAZ

Re: 929 Silver

Thanks for your replies.

Checked with Honda UK. They were helpful and confirmed that it is 100% an official bike and that the original colour was indeed silver.

But they have no info as to the silver colour scheme and how it came about over the usual red/yellow/black schemes.

I'll continue the search for information...
