929rr quick clutch question

ordered an OEM clutch kit for my 929rr as mine started slipping at the end of last season.

kit came with:
5 springs
8 metal plates
7 friction disks (22201-mas-e00)
1 friction disk (22201-mal-600)
1 friction disk (22202-mae-000)

never did a clutch before but am mechanically inclined enough where it shouldnt be a problem just wanted to double check on where the 2 seperate plates go....does the 22202-mae-000 go into the basket first, then the 7 fiber/metals one by one, then the 22201-mal-600 go on top of the whole stack?

i wont be doing this for at least a few more days because the store i ordered the kit from sent me a 22201-mae-000 instead of a 22202-mae-000 which i figured out is the important "different" friction disk with the different diameter so i gotta wait till that comes in thats why i figured id ask on here to make sure.

thank you!

Re: 929rr quick clutch question

as you can see to the far right that 22201-mae-000 is the same exact size as all the other disks but the receipt and parts fiche shows it should be a 22202-mae-000 with a different inside diameter

Re: 929rr quick clutch question

Hey man check out the diagram on Bike Bandit:
2001 Honda CBR929RR Parts, 2001 Honda CBR929RR OEM Parts - BikeBandit.com
The part numbers don't quite match up, but it's good visual.
