Painting seat cowl

Having bought a cowl, one that actually fits (see rant filled thread on Neverland lol), I need to spray it.

I know i need white under coat for the yellow flash pearl colour, but which lacquer should I be using, matt or gloss????

Cheers.

pyramid in the UK, slips over seat and held tight via a lip on the rear and bolt/plastic sleeves at the front. Not exactly worth its 75€ price tag but fits 95% with slight unevenness only evident close up. Very difficult to find cowls and some are just absolutely stupidly priced!

Ebay stepped in and refunded me for the Chinese crap off their own back, stating 'exceptional decision ' based on my argument that it wasn't cost effective to return to China. I'm pissed off that the conartists aren't at least getting suspended but I guess they must pay high commission fees that ebay want to keep!
