finally got the 929 running right

Hello all

I had a friend come over and help me change out the micron full for a stock pipe, and we changed the oil and filter and plugs.
It really runs well now, though the FI indicator is still on, and a red mystery light beside the neutral light "I need a manual"
I notice that under hard acceleration that the steering shakes a bit.
Does a steering damper clear that up??

Try leaning forward..........LOL

As far as having 2 red lights on....you know why they make them red? It means STOP and fix it.

Obvious suggestion here, check all your connectors and hoses on the airbox, 2 electrical and (1) small vent(?) hose, plus the crankcase breather tube and Pair Valve tube.

Re: finally got the 929 running right

If it gets misaligned, the HTEV can cause a red light. There's an alignment procedure for the HTEV servo in the manual. Buy a manual and try that.
