2000 cbr 929 connector with no home?

anyone know what this connector is for? recently replaced the main wiring harness, the one that came off the bike was all hacked up and did not have this connector. its just below the back of the gas tank right next to the fuel pump connector. was originally having lighting problems but now all lights are working correctly. fired the bike up last night ran it for about 10 minutes shut it off and tried to start it again and wont fire, the fuel pump primed a couple times but now is not, i do hear the click from the relay when flipping the switch to run.

@Ronlohman13 looks to me like the connector for the MAP sensor. Inspect the underside of your airbox (right side) and see if there's a sensor with matching connector.

nope not the map sensor, everything on the bike is plugged in, this connector wasnt on the harness i took off, must not be important though cause the bike is running, replaced the fuel pump relay and its good to go now.
