954rr vacuum lines

So after pulling my whole bike apart I ran into an issue... unfortunately I got a little to excited when we did tear downs and didn't do a very good job with the vacuum lines. This is the last thing I need to do before I can fire the bike up, but after 2 full days of research I'm stumped. If anybody can help that would be awesome.

Crankcase breather hose is disconnected completely from both sides and I'm strating to think the tube was either never there before or I lost it somehow. I have no idea where it routes to.

I have a very skinny vacuum line that looka like it's supposed to go on the bottom of the fuel tank that branches into a "T". I have no idea where the ends go.

My coolant over flow was routed to where it's hanging out down by the headers, I know there's no way that is correct.

I don't have the diagram on my airbox, but I found a picture of it somewhere and it still didn't really help. Thanks again if yall got anything for me.

I'll attach some pictures

Re: 954rr vacuum lines

I don't have a direct answer to your question, but have you looked at the illustrations in the parts fiches from ronayers.com? And if you don't have a shop manual you might try to find one online?

Yeah I can't find anything online, it doesn't help with routing tubes that go to free air. I'm just gonna get the Honda dealership to draw me a nice picture. Hahaha

Re: 954rr vacuum lines

You really need to get yourself a copy of the factory service manual...or be more cautious when removing/replacing parts (ie - take the time to properly label/mark hoses, nuts/bolts, etc LOL).

From the "General Information" section of the factory service manual, section/pages 1-30 thru 1-33.

Yeah it gets you most of the way there, but I was hoping somebody could tell me exactly how to rout it and get it to where it needs to go, plus the manual isn't very clear on what to do with the "T" from the gas tank
