954 non start after transmission change

Hello anyone reading this, i need help pleease. Ok so the bike was running perfectly before removing the engine for a transmission change. New gearbox in, engine all back together and in the bike, no unplugged connectors anywhere, only thing unplugged is i believe a drain pipe the skinny one attached to fuel tank.

Fuel tank primes, bike turns over fine, has a strong battery, fuses good, pc3 connected or not doesnt matter. Spraying brake cleaner into throttle bodies still wont start it so i assume its missing a spark for some reason. Im completely stumpped so any help would be appreciated thank you

Typically on a rebuild like that there will undoubtedly be a connector either not connected, or connected to the wrong connector. Give it a more detailed look over. Also, if there was a failure of a sensor, you would probably get a code you could decipher through the dash MIL light

Thanks for the reply, went to the bike this morning and she started straight away but then suddenly stopped again. After hours of checking everything, i found one cam sensor wire corroded in the connector. Was working fine before the strip down but i guess the contact just wasnt right after. Grrrrr 🤣
