Taz having some of deez, I mean BDA's nutz :D

Quote:
I picked up three Euro mags today. One had a review of the liter bikes (Fast Bikes)....according to their dyno runs, the RR was second to the ZX10 then the R1 with the G1K coming in last. The ZX10 was a few ponies more...the other three were all so closely grouped. When they had to make a decision of the best one...they said it would come down to the R1 and the RR. So, their reports are so much more believable as far as stats go.
So Taz, magz all around the world contradict each other I guess
You are a magazine boy to the fullest, why does this mag have higher HP to the Blade?

That's unpossible!!!
We have already been informed by the head of all information that the R1 is better than the 1000RR in every review by every person on the planet.
I refuse to believe this magazine.

Re: Taz having some of deez, I mean BDA's nutz :D

In real world conditions, the differences in the bikes are likely so infinitesimal as to be truly meaningless.

At the track, I saw first hand what I've heard others say for years: equipment is the least important component in going fast. (The MAM track record is currently held by a an R6 ... as in, a 600cc machine.)

I say buy whichever one speaks to you...

Hi ya guys
I have read a few mags in the past 6 weeks and it seams to be the case that they are all top bikes and apart from the Kwak being very flighty and the Suzook being last years model it just comes down to what colour you want.

The mag that sits in front of me has a dyno print with the Kwak top, Blade second, R1 third and the suzook last.

I'm generally thought of as the voice of insanity, not reason, around these parts.

Yeah well, the point here being that the 1kRR sucks donkey nuts. We all know it. Then this magazine article comes along, and then Chain starts talking "sense".......

eh........

Just makes me sick.

Well at least the R1 still wins the "Uglier Than Stegen's Shaved Ass" award.

**** that, I think it wins the asshat award for being the most hyped of piece of ****ing **** ever built. All winter with that ****, and you should see the holes in the dynograph, all the power is up top, below 6-7k, it's like a 600.

Now I've got nothing against our good friend Taz, seems like a nice enough chap in my book. But it does seem interesting that he hasn't chimed in on this thread yet.
