Re: More Power

Hello From Finand !

Now i have little problem because i have
Honda CBR900RR Fireblade 1992
Its My Projekt Bike and now i want some
tips to tune it up more.

Now i have done to my bike this kind of little modification
Wiseco 945
Keihin FRC39
Factory AirBox plus kit
Arrow Full Race System
Dyna2000

Last Summer(2002)
Rear wheel 135.5Hp/9746
103.1Nm/8003

Do anyone have Race Cams or larger valves
how much they increase power?

So Tell Me If you have samekind of Projekt

Re: More Power

to the forum from a fellow scandinavian!

I'm afraid I can't give you any tips on how to make your blade more powerful.
I would not install race cams unless you use the bike for racing only. You'd probably end up with a bike thats less powerful when riding on the streets, and more power when at WOT and high revs..

Just my 2 cents..

ENJOY!!

Re: More Power

Sounds like you have plenty of power already

I would'nt try and squeeze more power out of that bike, I would just get a new one. 929/954

Re: More Power

Headwork should definitely be next. V&M over in England are very good at getting stomping, reliable h.p. from four-strokes.

Re: More Power

135Hp @ the rear wheel is stock 954 territory, If you need more power get a turbo or some NOS.

Re: More Power

No 135hp Is not Bad but My Friend had
same one like i have Blade -92
He has Webcam Race cams and +1mm oversize valves
and Ram Air.
that blade kicks 145hp on back wheel

So i have same fantasy get about 140-150 on back wheel
I Think race cams and valves do the jobs and give me extra ponies.

Here you can see my blade projekt
The First Original 1992
http://www.mp-foorumi.com/gallery/ga...blade945&gid=0

Then next blade must go to diet and drop weight about
Loaded 200kg -> 190-180kg so
i have plenty to do on my projekt blade

Much Much more to do
