Full Hindle on 929 what filter?

Just installed a full hindle on the 929 and space between the filter and the header seems so tight that i think i'll have to unbolt the header to get the filter out. Currently using the 15410-mcj-000 honda filter ,would like to hear from hindle owners, thanks.

Stock filter works without unbolting headers.

I'll second that....at worst, loosen the nut that holds the can and push to can to get the headers to flex out enough to get the filter out. However, I didn't even have to do that with mine. Pulled straight out and dropped down with millimeters to spare.

Can you say 6 in a ROW!!!!

Although they can be hard to find, HiFlo makes a filter with similar dimensions as the OEM and it's pretty good, much better than the stay away at all costs Fram filter.

The Purolator and WIX filters are also as small os OEM and every bit as good in terms of build quality. The Purlators can be found at Pep Boys, while most NAPA stores carry the WIX.
