929 - chain/sprocket question

I'm gonna get an RK GB520GXW gold chain. It comes in a length of 120 links. Stock is 16/43 and 108 links. My question is, should I go with a 15/45 or a 16/48 combo? Or? My main goals are:

1) dramatically lower 1st gear
2) wheelies easy in 1st, 2nd, maybe 3rd to the point where you have to be smoooth on the throttle
3) still be able to hit 150 mph on top end

Also, what's the biggest rear sprocket that will fit without causing rubbing issues? What's the biggest you can go in back with a 15 up front considering a chain length of 120 links?

Note: I'm not intending to go crazy with my sprocket choice, but it is nice to know the physical limitations for reference.

This will be good....

PS- Stick with a 43 rear.. go to a 15 on the front..
