What swingarm tool are you referring to? To remove the swingarm pivot bolt? Not sure if the 954 is the same as the 929, but the manual doesn't show any tool for the swingarm...just a 24mm hex socket. I bought one on eBay for my 929.

Chapter 14, page 16

"Hold the pivot bolt using a special tool, then loosen and remove the swingarm pivot nut using the same tool.

TOOL: Rod Holder, 24x27 mm 07930-KA50100"

Thanks guys.

I thought it was a 24mm allen bolt. Not sure how available those are at the local HW/lowes/hdepot store.

From those instructions I need 2?

Must be a '54 thing 'cuz they don't mention that in the 929 manual.

RAyers told me 7-10 days. If I have to my shop can make one if I don't get mine time....just have to find the right size bolts.
