Re: front race straps ????

ive been waiting for 5 years to see one on other peoples bikes and have not ... not sure why it would be prone anyway since so much weight is on the nose of the bike and its straight line racing anyway, just my opinion, i could be wrong

Re: front race straps ????

push out all of the travel, unless it make`s the rear tire spin when launching, then if that happens give it some slack for wieght transfer. With a strap you will NOT get any tank slappers. I f you go over the front of the frame it will act like a stabalizer and stiffen up your front end while turning. Using a strap will help keep the front end down so the bike will not get any wieght transfer to the rear tire causing a wheelie, in my case it made me 1/4 mile runs 2 tenths quicker. plus without a strap the time it takes your forks to extend is just wasted energy and time
