Re: Mirror Question

I'm quite certain that the 900RR mirrors are identical to the F2/F3 mirrors and were the same until ~'99

Re: Mirror Question

Good question!! I started looking for pictures to compare the mirrors between the 97 and 98.. didn't realize the mirrors were similar to my F4i's.. My first thought was, on the older model, the bolts came through from the outside and nuts would hold them in place from the inside.. however, on the newer model, it would be like current models, the bolts would go through from the outside and screw into the upper fairing mount... not sure how this would work unless a nut and bolt combo (even the one that worked for the older model) was used. I would be interested to try.... do you not like the older mirror look?

thats right you can't see anything out of them anyway besides elbows. but seriously when my friend had an F2 those mirrors were actually pretty good.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.

Re: Mirror Question

You can usually "read between the lines" of an Emgo catalog and tell which model mirrors will physically interchange...
