Fault Code how to clear it?

I have an 01 929 (US model). The battery went dead I charged it now it won't start. I'm getting nine (9) slow flashes from the malfunction indicator. What is that code and how do I clear it. HELP, I NEED TO RIDE BAD!!!!

If you've corrected the problem causing the fault code, try disconnecting the battery for a while if you're having trouble resetting it.

Would You happen to know what that code is. It is 9 slow flashes then stop 9 slow flashes etc...

The code indicates a faulty IAT sensor.

did you lift your fuel tank? The iat sensor can be unpluged when lifting the tank.

I did lift the tank but I reconnected all wires and lines. I unhooked the battery then reconnected it still the same flashing code. still wont start.

Do you know where the IAT sensor is? I'd recheck the connection.
