I've been doing some measuring of these parts, because my front suspension has many, many miles on it, so I figured I can upgrade the brakes at the same time I "rebuild" the front end by putting on a 1000RR front end. Everything seems to measure the same, but I need to make sure of the offset of the rotor carriers. They may not be the same as the 929/954's, which would mean the a 1000RR front wheel would be necessary. Triple clamps measure out the same, though.

That should slot right in, with no problems. Good luck on that!
