Okay, after reading the whole thing, I think you mean fender, not fairing
had me worried there for a second.
Yes, if a 60 instead of 70 is supposed to be on there, then it will be extremely close. You might want to check into putting back to stock, or check another tire make, as different manufacturers have different profiles (i.e. Dunlop - pointy center- v-shaped, Michelin - rounded, and not as high, etc.). Also, technically, some processes of manufacture have different growth characteristics (they expand more, or less).
Or, you can try to adjust the fender higher, but I don't know the layout of the F3.
Either way, 60,65, or 70 give different feeling to the front end, but none are "wrong" per say.
