Triming up some race bodywork

I have a set of race glass for my bike and need to relieve a few spots so I can get the damn tail section on the back. What's the best method of cutting this stuff? I'm thinking maybe a Dremel tool or a hand saw of sorts.

Either of those methods will work fine. Wear a dust mask, at a minimum.
