Time set

This might be the dummist question yet, but can someone tell me how to adjust the time on a 929. I had the bike for a while and never bothered about it. But the VCR flashing is starting to irritate me <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />
