Silly me:(

Well , i've been ultra eager to ride for the past 2 weeks , its be utterly shite brittish weather here tho, so i've resisted untill now , today was an ultra fine day , and tonight the roads where dry for a change but un be knowing to me .. frozen , down like a gimp i went , the crash bung has saved the fairing pretty much , but the bottom half of the belly pan has been scrached pretty bad , anyone know how much a righthand side belly pan is?
Is there anything i can do for now?
Please for my sake go out on your bikes more burn lostsa fule and heat up britan!
Its a 2001 929 Fireblade Btw.

Re: Silly me:(

Now you have a great excuse to slap a sweet-ass custom paintjob on that sucker.

And then there's this asshole...

Re: Silly me:(

Just price it through Ron Ayers website:

http://www.ronayers.com/

and stay off frozen roads so you don't go down like a gimp!

Re: Silly me:(

OK dudes having had a loooong look at the bike this morning it appears that i've not done as much damage as i first though ( i'll sort some pics out asap)
I don't like tacky paint jobs and this bike is or rather was totaly mint in every respect, im not going to lower its looks for nawt..
What can i expect to pay for a new part like this...( its the lower right hand belly pan)
How much work is evolved in repairing and respraying?
Can you get a decent finish with spray cans?
If not what would you use?
