Re: Valve cover gasket??!

Go to the FICHE menu option and you can look up the stock part there. It will be listed under CBR900, then the year will determine if it's the 900RR, 929RR, 954RR.

Re: Valve cover gasket??!

Get the part number from Ron Ayers, and then buy it from http://zanottimotor.com. They usually have a much better price and cheaper shipping charges.

Re: Valve cover gasket??!

Damn, that was fast!! I just got a negative mark on my reputation from a unknown member saying that Zanotti sucks! I guess it's easier to do that then explain your response here.

I have had nothing but great service from Zanotti. They saved me over 1,500 after my accident and shipped everything on time as promised.

You probably won't need a new one unless you damage the original when removing the valve cover. I keep a spare on hand just in case but I've checked 929 valves and a 954s half a dozen times and haven't ripped one yet. The OEM gasket is rubber not paper.
