I've been looking and can't seem to find any aftermarket case covers for my 954. The stock stator cover is wearing rather thin from my frequent get-offs at the track......Anyone got any ideas other than continuously buying new stock covers and praying for the best?

Billet Tech makes a really nice stator cover for a lot less $$ than the one by Factory Pro.

opp racing also makes covers. oppracing.com i think! Carbon fiber, silver carbon, and kevlar. They are only covers that glue onto stock covers but are very nice. I have the kevlar covers and they look great. Hope this is of some help!

Well, I'm not looking for just a glue on cover for my engine cover, I need a replacement.

HondaGal, thanks for the input. I looked into both and while the Billet Tech seems like a good deal, I really would like a cover with some sort of replaceable slider on it. The Factory Pro one looks pretty good, but MAN it's expensive (i'm a college student!). *Sigh*, well, if I don't find anything else, I'll probably sock up and go with the Factory Pro. Better to replace a $30 slider after a few get-offs than have to replace the entire cover.

NRC and Woodcraft have them as well, the woodcraft are not cheap though

I didn't see any applications for the 954rr. I checked both websites and the 954rr wasn't listed. Are you certain?

yeah if someone can post a link to the woodcraft covers for a 954 that would be great.

there was similar thread hear a while back, it had lot of good cover links.

I recently purchased the Billetech........( which is now named Circuit 1 ) and am very pleased with it. Looks great and the craftsmanship is top quality.

how about not crashing. they sound like lowsides. and from what I've seen from people on here, there were a few lowsides at the begining of the year from not getting off the seat enough. but at grattan everyone in the pics looked like they had good form and no one crashed. So I think everyone learned fromteh discussions to get their ass off the seat.

Frequent get offs = 2 low-sides in the past year riding with A group. Don't think I'm too crummy of a rider now! (Yes, frequent was a bit of an exaggeration, but then again, I never said I had an intelligible or witty sense of humor).

FYI, I called Woodcraft (very knowledgable and easy to talk to on the phone) and they certainly do NOT make case covers for the 954rr. They said there's simply not enough demand. It appears that I will most likely have to shuck out damn near $300 for a factory pro case cover .

For the cost of one of these, you can buy 2 and not have to replace the slider you want on the cover ???

I've been searching the Internet high and low with my girlfriend looking for the glass engine covers that light up. I seen a 954 on a google images search last week. And we haven't stopped looking yet! I'm seriously losing sleep over this. I'm thinking I'm gonna have to make my own. Or buy a busa cause they make them all day for busa's and on the weekends for cbr1000's. What about us? What about me!!! Anyway my fairings are off and it's eating at me!! Gtg

Clear casing with the lights? To be flashy would be the obvious answer. And it's a fairly cheap mod that looks good. I don't have turbo or power commander money. You Don't like them I take it?
