Blade swingarm swap

Hi folks,

I own a 95 fireblade and wanted to know if a 96-97 or for that matter a 98-99 swingarm is a direct bolt on to the 95 frame? If it will just bolt up do i have to make new wheel spacers for the rear wheel and will the rear sprocket line up with the front sprocket still? I ask b/c my swingarm has a dent in it and i hear Honda improved the swingarm in '96.

Mod's i'm getting ready to perform:

96 forks and tripple trees( my 95 forks/tripples are bent but not by me),
Stainless Steel brake lines,
Rear EBC HH brake pads,
searching for an aftermarket exhaust can to fit the 95.
Pilot Power tires.

Also will the 96-97 exhaust header bolt up to my 95 engine and fit good? That way i would have more options for an aftermarket can.

If your interested in seeing all that i have done to the bike.... All Sport Cycles :: Sportbike Parts, Accessories and Projects

Thanks people

I have no info to help you but the bike looks good.

if you can't convince them, confuse them.
