My motorcycle sat outside for a few days in the rain...(not my doing) and now I notice bluing on the tires...not on the edges where I typically see it but almost near the center. Now from what I understand this usually happens from heat cycling but the bike was not ridden for a few days and all of a sudden after the rain the tire blues? Any thoughts on why this happens...should I be concerned at all?
I'm not sure what caused it, either. Usually mine get like that after a bunch of heat cycles. I'd ride it, it'll go away. I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as the tires aren't too old and are otherwise in good shape...
I suspected as much...either way it went away within a few miles of riding.
