1000RR.. how much$?

Has anyone here bought a 2006, 1000RR in the past 3 months? What was your final take home price ( USA )?

I have seen them advertised new here ( October )for $8,900 plus taxes, doc, fees etc etc.

Re: 1000RR.. how much$?

That's a great price.. under $9,000 OTD.

I'd love to own that second one with the add-ons.. gold color on the wheels isn't that attractive, everything else looks good.

Southern Honda beats Procycle, and that's before the extra ~$400 in fees at Procycle.

In case any of you looking at this are thinking that the price at Southern Honda is a bunch of BS or that there will be hidden fees, let me assure you they are totally legit.

The only thing that will be added to that price is the sales tax if you are a Tennessee resident..

I bought my current 1000RR from them so I know first hand. Awesome bunch of people to deal with.

Re: 1000RR.. how much$?

Too bad I live in Arizona

I can get $9,300 OTD here.

I'm applying for a loan on a new bike. CBR1000RR is what i'm hoping to be able to get. With my credit .. who knows what the lender will say. I figured it out and I can fit the costs of a new bike and insurance into my budget. But dayamm $450 a month is a lot to pay to own a new bike.

Re: 1000RR.. how much$?

Keep the sales tax and registration fees in mind if you buy a bike at Southern or the like and plan to register it for street use in your state. They won't charge you at those items at Southern but instead will have to be paid back home. Around here in locally in Texas they are about $10,500 OTD after taxes, fees, registration, etc.
