I would just like to give a big THANK YOU to the creator of this thread. I ordered the "Plug-and-play" ELFR-1 Electronic LED Flasher Relay from Customled.com, and realized this morning it was not at all plug-and-play for CBR954RR (wrongly on the compatibility list for this product).

I followed the instructions in this thread, cut the white/green and grey wire (from the blue harness) and connected the new relay (black wire to grey, white/green to red). Flashers works perfectly!

I came to this thread looking for information before I change the front blinkers to the integrated mirror blinkers. No clear indication if I'll have some of the same challenges, though I suspect as much

That diagram is purely to do with the indicators. By 'lights' I assume you mean head/tail lights which do, of course, take power from a different circuit?

According to this video for the 600, you might be able to just disconnect from that blue connector as TST Industries shows, then use the connector from the relay kit if it is like the one TST has for the 600RR.

Not to take away from the OP, but for less than $15 (USD) one can go to the local autoparts store and install these with zero tools. easy peasy. Install one wire to hot (while blinking), other to ground. Took me less than :10, and got rid of my "hyper-blinking" indicators



For the record... I have Clear Alternatives LED integrated taillights on both of my 954s, I installed these under my rear seat on the subframe, and they work great.

Unslow1 If you read the thread people are looking to avoid using the resistors, to add it's $15 for 2 + $15 for another 2 if your doing all 4 tuturn signals led ..so that's $30 beans plus you need to find a place for each resistor since you can't mountell them on plastic...the relay is much better and cheaper for most.

@RanGer498 I did read the thread, and I do agree

Just offering a readily available, quick & easy alternative. I have them on both 954s, and in my car. Only ONE resistor per circuit, not indicator. They don't get that hot. Hot to the touch, yes... but no melted plastic in over 2 years.

Not saying my setup is ideal, just an alternative.
