Ohlins R&T Forks??

I just recently purchased a 02-954 and it had ohlins rear shock and ohlins R&T forks.Well I sold the rear shock and installed a stock one for the time being,as I know that I dont need it,and I am going to install a strut and adjustable lowering link as soon as my stretched swingarm is finish being built. So I have these ohlins front forks and I am debateing getting rid of them.

Ok my question is,should I sell them and get me some stock forks,or should I keep them?I am into street riding and drag racing,so I dont see what benefit they would be to me.Besides I dont even know how to adjust the damn things anyway.

TIA

Re: Ohlins R&T Forks??

sell those things to someone who can really benifit from them, if you just do street riding and drag racing just get some stockers and get em modified for that. don't waste those 2k dollar forks on something they are not designed to do. 54 guys have a hard enough time finding those forks in the first place. anyways just my .02

Re: Ohlins R&T Forks??

I think thats what I am going to do,just not sure what they sell for.I do know that they are no longer made, and retailed for just over 2k new.

Does anybody know if the 1000rr forks with radial calipers will fit the 954?I might have to start a new post to find that one out.
