ACF-50 (Anti-Corrosion Formula)

has anyone used or even heard of this ACF-50 (Anti-Corrosion Formula)?

is it worth the bother, how would you ever know if someone cliams thy had done a bike with it prior to you buying it?

I ask as the dealer I'm bying a 929 from has offered to do this treatment for £20 ($40)

Yes it very good stuff indeed. Loads better then FS365. However get some and do it yourself, rather than paying the dealer £20. Just search for ACF-50 and you will find loads of suppliers, there are often pilot suppliers.

Hi,

First, sorry for bumping an older thread. I've been googling around looking for how people are using ACF-50 and ran across this post.

My main questions are:
1. What bike parts are corroding the worst for you guys?
2. Which parts does ACF-50 help, and which does it not work on?
3. Is there anything that you'd avoid spraying it on?

I want to share this information with other bike guys (I found info on the Yamaha R1 forum.
