Gonna get my girl a flashy new outfit...

After I slightly modified my 95RRS into a Jag in December i'm gonna be rebuilding the bugger...

Got nearly a whole bike in spares so no biggie really.

Just wondering if anyone has fitted any later fairings to an older Blade. I smashed the headlight in the accident so i'll have to replace that too so was thinking about a more modern nose cone and side panels.

If I remember rightly the headlight only screws to the lugs on the inside of the nose cone. And the nose cone secures by the big allan bolt between the main headlight and the parking light above it, into the fairing stay / clock bracket.

Anyone else done anything similar?

Cheers ears...

Re: Gonna get my girl a flashy new outfit...

You can put any type of fairings on your bike if you know what your doing. The upper fairing stay is an easy enough piece to custom make.Well if you have the tools and knowledge. And no I am not saying that you dont know how to do anything.Just dont want you to get the wrong impression. We do a lot of welding and customizeing at the shop I work at,so I am used to seeing all kinds of things done to bikes.
