Worn out wheel bearings possibly, or loose steering stem bearings.
Try loosening and retightening the steering stem nuts according to the Honda Manual. Put your front up on a fork stand and check to see if the front wheel bearings have any play in them. You may have to pull the front brake calipers off the check that, not totally sure.
Use a good torque wrench and check all the bolts that hold the front tripple clamps on and the front brake caliper bolts. Again, use the torque specs from the Honda manual.
There shouldn't be any shudder or vibration when you brake period.
Tingling in the wrists, hands and fingers is from the stress we place on them while riding. About all you can do is rest the hand/s and wait for it to go away. If your fingers go numb, pulling over and resting is the best thing to do.
