Where to buy? Oil and filter?

I have a 2005 CBR1000RR, Repso and this is the first time i will be changing the oil myself.
What filter should i buy? ( What brand?)
What oil should i buy? 100% Synthetic, or a mix of retg and synthetic
(NOTE, USE for :95% Street, 5 % Track Use.)

It it really cost effective to from an online supplier vs the dealer

I looking for a good please to buy my future stuff.
ANY thoughts of what and where to buy?
-Power commander III
-Steel Brake Lines

Thanks,

Re: Where to buy? Oil and filter?

do a search here on oil. I'm not trying to be a dick by not answering but if you do this search you will see where it has been discussed to no end already.

Re: Where to buy? Oil and filter?

They have a bike formula that is supposed to shear less in the transmission than their regular auto oil.

MXT4 and any of the big online retailers, Calsportbike, indysuperbikes, etc.

Just google MXT4 and you can learn all about it.

Re: Where to buy? Oil and filter?

Sinfuldragon, you trying to tempt me with that avatar with the girl on gsxr? lol. She's a hotty Oh we were speaking of silicone..oh i mean oil..

I'd go 100% synthetic.. not the 50-50 mix she's running.

Honda brand full synthetic or Mobil1 MX4T, stay away from the little name brand synthetics, they don't seem to fair as well in tests.
