well let me give you a bit of an education.
The "sound" of an exhaust note is primarily determined by the stroke of the engine. Then followed by the cam profile and timing (cam and ignition)
the "note" is dictated by the muffler or other obstructions.
You can look up either fairly easily for power numbers but I stress this to you.... No real tuner would tell you what the pipe will do for YOUR bike. The numbers you see are 1 run wonders, with everything tuned to perfection.
I myself prefer the hindle (its on all of my bikes except for my turbo bikes) as it is the most bang for the dollar. You arent spending an additional 500 bucks for 4 horsepower at 8K RPM.
Most street riders never use the midrange enough to warrant the money.
