Re: Newly finished 929

Looks like you have a garage full of cool toys Repsol. I am rather cage-ignorant, so what year is that cage? '67 or '68 maybe?

Re: Newly finished 929

He probably smoked the rear tire and did it up when he put a new one on LOL!

BTW, how do you like those rock hard Harris grips?

Re: Newly finished 929

Good looking bike! I have two thoughts:
1. I would prefer it without the black tail sticker, but everyone's different for a reason!
2. Does the clear taillight lens you got have poor fit, or is something else going on? (bent subframe?)

Also, to post an image, you must:
1. have the image file on a web server somewhere
2. copy the URL
3. click the 'Image' button here when creating your post
4. paste the URL to the image in the appropriate field

Re: Newly finished 929

Yea I hate that tail light. The thing dont stay in place. I have tried just about everything i can think to keep it in place. Just have to wait for a new one though.

The front wheel is not done yet cause after i started taking them to the aluminium color, I desided I wanted to have them powder coated white or red.

I hate the Harris grips as well they hurt that muscle between my thumb and index finger!

Heh... I really dont like the windshield either. wind blows right at my helmet shaking it all over the place.

Thanks though for all the input.
