Re: Look what I found

Apparently when I crashed in January I incurred more damage then I had thought. I found that my header pipes have been crushed. I'm thinking this is causing loss of power for one, and maybe why I have been running so rich over the last few months. I have the power commander as lean as possible, and was still running rich.

What do you guys think? New headers? Or is it not that big of a deal?

Those look like they are pinched nearly half off.
My bike? I would replace the headers.

Dammit Matt, don't go trying to change a man's mind after he's already convinced himself to buy it!

No matter how beautiful a woman may be, some man somewhere is sick of her sh!t.

Well, not bondo, a friend of mine repaired an exhaust like that on a two stroke, seal both ends with those rubber expanding plugs (stegen could probably get you some)...put a valve cap in one end, inflate to about 10-15 psi and heat the dent with a torch, it'll pop right out

You could just cut that section out and replace it with dumpers
