Re: 99 900 FAN QUESTION.

Damn it, I really wish that manual would show up.
Ordered one and was sent a manual for a 929. How could a shop mix up a 99 900 for an 01 929 ????
Anyhow, I know ,I know, relax.

But back to my question , surely someone out there has a 99 that will know this when my dealer cant seem to figure it out. ( Dont ask for names, thats not proper. And im trying to be positive about all of this. )

And damn its getting hot out here. 83 degrees yesterday. !!!!!

Re: 99 900 FAN QUESTION.

Hey...

The fan on my 99 turns on at 220 degrees. It has to be a really hot day and perhaps sitting in traffic for my fan to turn on. Other than that, mine runs quite cool. Good luck.

Re: 99 900 FAN QUESTION.

thanks Paul ,
I sat with it yesterday when I got home.
When I pulled into my garage it was at 210 so I let it sit, and right at 220 it kicked on.
Figured out what had been the culprit all along though, There was just a little corosion on the fuse. So Im guessing it was making contact sporatically. New fuse and kicks on at 220 every time now.

Thanks again, Paul
