Re: Insurance Question for NY Riders

I know that insurance is a well talked about topic but I did a search and found alot of general things about insurance but could't seem to find anything about insurance in NY.

Unlike most of the guys I ride with before I buy a new(er) bike I am trying to make sure there are no last minute surprises $$ wise. My current policy for liability alone is $500 /month no biggie and I figure with a 929 its gonna more then quadruple.
I know this too is gonna vary throughout the different compaines but I am trying to get a feel of what people in similar situation are paying.

26 / Single / Male / Clean record / No accidents or claims ever

Anyone have any input as to what it might cost?
