Re: Fuel stabilizer

I have used the same bottle of Honda fuel stabilizer for the past 3 years. I have kept it well sealed and in heated basement. Anybody know what the life of fuel stabilizer is?

Look, lean, believe!!

Re: Fuel stabilizer

So... you're wondering if you need a fuel stabilizer stabilizer?

No idea, but its nature would suggest considerable longevity (5 years? 10? ).

Re: Fuel stabilizer

Personally the risk (my fuel system getting gummed up) would outweigh the reward (saving a few $ and a trip to the shop) and I'd go buy a new bottle.
