She is plated, insured and on the road - some pictures !! Let me know what you think.

Hey guys.

I picked up this bike in March, just got her on the road on Friday.

Just wanted to share a few pictures, let me know what you think of her!

Thanks

im always found of the erion scheme, even if its a mock erion paint scheme, love the exhaust, not a fan of the mirrors or that green strip. What is the deal with that stripe? paint the wheels white or get them powder coated white and she'll be even hotter.

did that body work come with that paint scheme or did you have it done up that way?

I was just about to comment on the first few pictures as I saw the engine bolts were missing - Mine was bent before when the bung decided to kiss the floor - She looks nice though (are they the race fairings but with the lights?)

It will be for street riding only. I don't have the stock fairings, but I really like these ones, so I'm just gonna keep it this way.

i like it, and like the look of the hid's. the green rim stripes are not good. polish job on the frame looks good, and you have a stabilizer. tuff look.

Interesting headlight design. Did you paint over the stock lights or is that just the way the race fairings come?

Thanks, I like the paint scheme as well. I went with those mirrors since they had the signals integrated in and I wouldnt have to mount signals into the fairings too. I am still debating the strips on the wheels, it came like that.
The fairings are sharkskins and they came like that.

What's to debate about? Get rid of the stripes. They are green and your bike has no other green parts. Maybe white or red stripes would look ok.

Did you get a good price on it since it was a race bike?

Do race bikes usually sell for much less, the same or more than street bike?

I noticed those as well, I also noticed no ram-air cover in one pic and then they were there in another.

some nice frame sliders will fix that missing bolt issue if he hasn't already taken care of it plus giving it a lil tip over protection!
