Help needed if you have a shop manual or experience with rearsets

Hi folks

As you may have seen from a previous post, my left foot rest snapped off.

I've got the entire rear foot rest and heel guard set up waiting to be installed at the dealer on Monday but would really like to do this myself tomorrow so I can use my bike this weekend.

If anyone could let me know how to remove the left foot rest (connected to the frame via two bolts I think) and the tools needed, I would be mighty grateful. p.s. I have almost no mechanical experience.

EDIT: Should have mentioned that this is on a CBR 1000 RR8

Thanks

Nick
