954rr help!!!

Hey everyone... so i am on my second 954rr (yes, unforunately due to a rather poor dicision on my part...) anyways, this time i would like to do things right. it is a 2002 with 15k miles (ya, from california, usa...) and i just ordered a power commander and an o2 eliminator. I plan on getting an air filter and a yoshi 1/2 system for the bike sometime next week. i was wondering if there is anything i will need to do in addition to these mods? i was also wondering where i might find a how-to for fixing a fork seal... thanks!!!

Re: 954rr help!!!

I replaced the seals in my 99'R1 forks and it was not too bad. I had to make a tool to hold the springs in so I could release the retaining nut. I had a Haynes manual with great instructions and pics. I would start by getting the manual so you will know all the torque specs and the correct volume for the fork oil.

Re: 954rr help!!!

If you don't want the OEM O2 sensor I'm chasing one.
I have ordered some VFR800 ones hoping they'll fit.
