Removing reflectors and windshield ?'s

Whatsup guys.. I have a black 2007 cbr1000rr. I want to take the reflectors on the front forks off. Do they just unscrew off or is cutting needed? How about the red ones at the tail? My bike is another state right now so I cant go check lol.

Also, what windscreen would you recommend? I want to get a black smoked out one. Puig or Zero Gravity?

Re: Removing reflectors and windshield ?'s

Yeah, so on my 02 Blade they just screwed out, took them off and then replaced the bolt. If I didn't replace the bolt the front fender would rattle like a bastard...

As far the rear ones you can unscrew the reflectors but the mounting bracket is riveted to my undertail so I will probably have to drill those out or something.

Hope that helps.

Re: Removing reflectors and windshield ?'s

The reflectors on the front and the rear are just screw on. No cutting needed. Take a look on pics:
1 i 2.

On mine 08 Blade I put light smoke Honda high windscreen. It looks nice and directs all the air away from upper body.
Here you can see a difference between OEM windshield and the new one - a pic.
