Warped flapper cause problems?

I checked my air filter last night and noticed my intake flapper is warped. Not sure how it happened. You think this would cause any issues? Dont tell me anything about the 'flapper mod' cause Im leaving it in. Honda designed it for a reason. A new one is only $9 so I was thinking of replacing it.

Re: Warped flapper cause problems?

Yeh...their reason is intake noise. Wouldn't want any extra noise so you better replace it. Just kidding LITEITUP, as long as it travels from closed to open freely without getting hung up, leave it.
