missing when cold but real bad when hot

I have 93 900rr that misses sometimes when its its cold but will barely run when it is hot. So far I have changed coils, plugs, and cleaned out carbs and drained fuel tank. Does anyone think this is fuel or electrical related?
Anybody that can help would be awesome. I'm out of ideas

My guess would be carburation but electrical gremlins can be devious bastards :-)
Do you have spark on all four?
Are your headers all hot?
Is your choke circuit functioning correctly?
Was anything happening with the bike recently prior to this problem occuring?

Choke is working, and has spark on all four but it almost sounds like 2 cylinders are going out when you put the power to it. I wonder if it is the crank trigger starting to take a crap. If the magnet it is getting weak it could possibly cause that. Is there any way to check it?

I don't have a manual for earlier than '98.
The workshop manual should give you the info you need to check out all the electics.
Is it using any coolant and is the temperature in the normal zone?
