Change Gauge LEDs - 929RR

I saw how much some places were charging for this and decided I would do it myself

After doing a bunch of searching around on this, and other sites, I couldn't find any info or how to posts for changing the back light colors on my 929's gauges. I pulled the board out and did some testing. It took a some time to figure out which components went where and which parts to use. One thing I noticed in most other write ups is that most people dont change out the resistors that are in the circuit with the LEDs so they aren't being powered properly. Different colors of LEDs have different Forward Voltages (Vf).

I had to de-solder both LCDs to get to the LEDs under them.

Let me know what you think!

I was thinking i might offer to change other peoples 929 gauges that dont want to do it themselves, for a nominal fee, . I could put just about any color on that you might want.
